Who I Support

I support individuals who are high-functioning who look like they have it all together on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected.

My practice is a dedicated space for:

  • You are used to pushing through stress and meeting life’s demands, yet you are feeling the weight of burnout and anxiety. You want to move from "surviving" to truly living with more meaning, balance, and intention.

  • You may feel deeply affected by your environment, relationships, and emotions - sometimes leading to overwhelm or shut down. Through somatic and relational approach, we work to support‍ ‍nervous system regulation, and help you feel more grounded, safe, and connected within yourself.

  • You may be navigating the nuance of walking between worlds - balancing cultural values, family expectations, and your own authentic voice. Together, we explore what it means to belong to yourself while honoring your roots.

  • You may notice patterns in your family history that you don't want to carry forward. Through a compassionate, somatic, and relational approach, we work to gently heal intergenerational wounds so you can create a life that feels sustainable, intentional, and aligned with your values.
